Constant communication with the staff of the collection and determining the order point

Getting information about the needs of different units and departments of the company

Be sure to make timely requests for purchases

Providing reports on the structural courses of various purchasing and procurement fields in order to make appropriate decisions on the part of the management.

Reviewing the invoices and following up with the financial unit in compliance with the principles of the company

: Requirements

Familiar with MS Office software and Chargon software – office automation

Official correspondence

Having the ability to negotiate well in agreeing on prices and purchasing quality

Ability to perform calculations and work with numbers
